Happy Thursday

Have you ever tried water aerobics? Wow the truly great workout that refreshes you as you work that body into shape. I really think it is the best kept secret at any gym. The workouts are just as challenging, if not more challenging, than on land and yet you feel even better when you are finished. My advice is take the time to try a class, get some sun and feel the benefits of water aerobics!

Happy Wednesday! A little relief from the heat! Make sure you have plenty of water with you and some power snacks! Think vegetables, celery, carrots, broccoli, and tomatoes. They are light snacks that keep your energy flowing on these hot summer days!

Hot Days!!!

Stay hydrated during these summer months. Drink plenty of water. Add lemon or lime or even oranges to add spice to your water this summer and keep your body moving! Stay away from sugary sodas as they only dehydrate you more!

20 minutes! Dedicate 20 minutes a day to exercise. Walk to the mailbox, take the dog a little further today, ride bikes with your kids, run in the pool, or hop on that ripstick, just get out and move! 20 minutes is your goal and soon you will be doing even more!
